Close to the Royal Palace and two steps away from the Victoires square, the Résidence Vivienne - 1st floor - is located in a neighborhood that kept all the magnetism of the nineteenth century. This area of Paris, traditionally dedicated to theaters and gastronomy restaurants, has a lot of covered passageways where you will come across many charming and surprising shops.

With beautiful high ceilings, the 30 m2 studio allows you to stay in a high class building in cut stones. But not only authentic the building is also very pleasant; it includes an elevator which is a definite advantage for people traveling. Access to the building is very secure since protected by a keypad and an intercom.

The layout of the studio is perfect for a two to three people accomodation. You have at your disposal a double bed, a convertible armchair and many other advantages like a plasma TV (bouquet cable included), broadband internet access, towels, hair dryer, desk, kitchen utensils and porcelain dishes, etc. Last but not least the bathroom has been thoroughly redone and is worthy of a grand hotel’s.

For groups of friends or families, the Résidence Richelieu is located across the hall in the same building.
