Details of the apartment
The Résidence Saint-Martin - 2nd floor - can accommodate up to 5 people in a very pleasant setting. First, the atmosphere "bourgeois-bohème" of the increasingly popular neighborhood will be a genuine change for you. The various restaurants, bars, cafes and shops available in the area will enable you to "taste" the different flavors of the Parisian life. The walk along the Canal Saint-Martin, which crosses the upper town, is very romantic and just a few steps from the building.
The arrangment of the apartment allows everyone to have space. The apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed and a sofa, a living room, a kitchen and a nice bathroom. In short, it is the ideal starting point for visiting Paris and its countless treasures.
As with all our apartments, you have cable TV, free local phone calls and international (to some destinations including North America), as well as unlimited high speed internet access. And of course the essential hair dryer, household linen (towels and sheets), iron and ironing board and a washing machine.

Anecdote
Built between 1806 and 1825 on the orders of Napoleon the 1st, the Canal Saint-Martin was primarly used for supplying Paris with drinking water. The Consul imposed a tax on wine in order to finance the construction and it made the Parisians say: "We have water thanks to the wine we drink".
Our family of 4 enjoyed our 5 nights in Paris in this spacious, moderately appointed flat. We loved the sitting room and watching life below us when we rested our tired feet after a day of exploring Paris. Metro stop literally outside the front door, along with 5 bakery/patisseries. Vladimir is most helpful and we will recommend his services.
