Details of the apartment
The building of the Condé Residence dates back to the eighteenth century and has a view on the interior courtyard of the building. Tranquility reigns in this place, protected by a heavy gate that isolates a bit from the lively Saint-Germain des Pres district.
The intersection of the Odeon, located at a two-minute walk, allows you to have easy access to the subway. The area is full of cinemas, theaters and restaurants that will keep your evenings busy. South, you will find the former palace of Marie de Medicis : the Luxembourg Palace. The lush Luxembourg gardens (called the "Luco" by all Parisians) offer sport amenities (jogging, yoga, tennis) or can even be a place to relax next to a pond. You will taste the full flavor of Paris Left Bank a few hundred yards from the magnificent Saint-Sulpice church.
Under high ceilings with apparent structure, the mezzanine hosts the corner with a comfortable king-size bed. The studio is equipped and has all the modern comfort so that you can feel "at home" : television, wireless Internet access, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, etc..

Anecdote
The Prince de Condé Residence is located in the heart of the Odéon district. It takes its name from the nearby theater of the Odéon and is situated on the Left Bank of the River Seine, north of the lush Luxembourg gardens. In the ancient world Greco-Roman theaters were called Odéon as well.
Tony and I spent our 10 year anniversary in Paris - and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay ! We were in the heart of the Latin Quarter and could walk to everything. The apartment was very nice and allowed me the dream of living like a French girl, walking to the markets, shopping, bistro hopping ;)
Even with cold and rainy weather - it was the best time.
